Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and inspection of your package (bank processing time may be added depending on the institution).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item for another size of the same model free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label for the return shipment.
- Exchange period: 30 days after receipt.
- New items, unworn outdoors, inoriginal packaging.
- Exchanges subject to availability of the desired size.
How do I do this? Submit your request via our returns portal and select Size exchange. You will receive your Colissimo label by email.
