CASHMERE CARE

Natural, rare and precious, cashmere fibers are nevertheless very easy to care for.

A few precautions should be taken to preserve the softness and suppleness of your cashmere sweater over the wash cycle.

Cashmere loves water, and the more it's washed, the softer and more supple it becomes.

New cashmere sweaters need to be washed to remove the excess material used at the time of manufacture.

Regular washing is necessary to prevent pilling and maintain fiber hydration.

Give your cashmere a rest, and avoid wearing it for more than 3 consecutive days, to allow the fibers to rest and recover, and retain their suppleness.

To avoid pilling, use a cashmere comb in the direction of the fiber, not pulling on the fibers to remove them.

PILLING

Controlled pilling and guaranteed thread purity

DOUCEUR

Unparalleled sensation of softness on the skin

Avoid rubbing against other garments with certain features: visible zips, inside pockets.

For men, friction with the beard can cause pilling.

Don't forget the cedar ball, a natural moth repellent!

Don't hang up your cashmeres, store them flat or folded, away from light.

Cashmere doesn't need fabric softener - on the contrary, it doesn't like it!
