Shipping policy

1. Zones

We deliver to France, the European Union and internationally, according to the zones offered at checkout.

2. Carriers and timeframes

Deliveries are handled by our partner carriers (DHL, Mondial Relay at pick-up points where available, and local carriers). Indicative timeframes are specified at the time of the order (generally 3 to 5 business days in France).

3. Delivery charges

Charges are calculated according to the destination and displayed before order confirmation. Delivery is free above a certain amount, as indicated on the website.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided to you upon dispatch.

5. Delivery issues
