Free shipping on orders over €150 in France and the European Union. The international zone stays at €25, with no free-shipping threshold.

Delivery times are given in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and run from dispatch. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you when the parcel leaves.

Our shipments are made under the DAP Incoterm: outside the European Union, customs fees, duties and taxes remain payable by the recipient when the parcel enters their country.

Returns and exchanges

Open a return or an exchange

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange, through our dedicated portal.

  • Return: €6.90 is deducted from the refund.
  • Exchange: free of charge.
  • Refund: issued no later than 14 days after the return is received, then credited within 3 to 7 working days to the payment method used.

An item received damaged entitles you to a refund or a replacement. Please send us photos before making a return request.

Which carriers and delivery times?

Chronopost and DHL to your door, in 2 to 3 business days. Mondial Relay to a pickup point, in 3 to 5 business days. DHL internationally, in 3 to 5 business days.
How do I track my order?

A confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent when the parcel leaves us. It lets you follow the delivery on the carrier's website.
How do I return an item?

Go to the returns portal within 30 days of receipt, select the items concerned and print the prepaid label. €6.90 is deducted from the refund; exchanges remain free of charge.
When will I be refunded?

The refund is issued no later than 14 days after we receive and check your return. It then appears within 3 to 7 business days on the payment method used.

Returning an item

Go to the returns portal, enter your order number and the email address used, then select the items concerned.

You will then receive a prepaid label to attach to the parcel. All that is left is to drop it off at the indicated location.
