Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. To exercise it, create your request on our returns portal: returns.justcashmere.fr/retractation.

2. Commercial returns: 30 days

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns for thirty (30) days from receipt of your order, under the conditions below.

3. Conditions

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product.

4. Procedure

Create your return request on our portal: returns.justcashmere.fr. Follow the steps: the return address and instructions are provided at the end of your request. Place the return slip in the parcel and seal it carefully.

5. Exchanges

We exchange the size of an item (same model, same colour), subject to availability, through the returns portal.

Would you prefer another model or colour? Return the item and choose a gift voucher: we add €10 to it.

6. Return costs

Return costs amount to €6.90 and are deducted from your refund.

They are free of charge if the item is defective or if we made a mistake.

7. Refund

The refund is made using the same means of payment as the order, no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your return (or proof of its dispatch). Depending on your bank, it then appears within 3 to 5 business days. If you withdraw from the entire order, the initial delivery costs are also refunded, up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery.

8. Defective item or mistake on our part

Email us at contact@justcashmere.fr with your order number and photos of the item. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two (2) years from delivery (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
